Japan’s first Porsche Brand Experience Facility Opening Soon

Porsche Japan announced on July 29 that the opening date of Porsche’s worldwide sports driving and brand experience facility “Porsche Experience Center Tokyo” will be October 1, 2021 (Friday), and driving from July 29 We have started accepting reservations for the program.
Porsche Experience Center Tokyo is the 9th Porsche brand experience facility “Experience Center” in the world and the first facility in Japan to be opened in Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture.
The facility offers a full-fledged driving lecture program to fully bring out Porsche’s sports car performance as well as otger social spaces such as cafes, restaurants, stores, and meeting rooms. , It is the latest experience facility that embodies the Porsche brand.
The opening date for the first of its kind facilities in Japan will be on the 1st October 2021 and program reservations such as driving lectures will start from July 29.
The driving lecture is a 90-minute program for both on-road and off-road, and you can choose from two-door models such as 718 Cayman and 911 Carrera, SUV models such as Macan and Cayenne, Panamera, and Porsche’s fully electric sports car, Taycan. There is also a mix program that allows you to change vehicles in 45 minutes.
The driving experience consists of 6 modules such as a handling truck with a lap distance of 2.1 km, a kick plate, low friction handling and more.
In the handling track, the Tokyo center that reproduces famous corners such as the carousel from the Nürburgring, Germany and the corkscrew from Laguna Seca, USA.
The center also has simulator lab. Participants can drive on circuits familiar to Porsche in Japan and internationally with varieties of Porsche selection from successive Le Mans winners such as the 919 Hybrid to the current model.
