Thail and Launches The 2022 Honda Civic FE
After a long wait, the all-new Honda Civic has finally made its way to the ASEAN region. Honda launched the 11th generation Civic in Thailand today.
Codename FE, the new Honda Civic FE is priced from THB 964,900 ( RM122,000) to THB1,199,900 (RM151,000). It is approximately 12% more compared to the FC-generation, Honda has decided it no longer produce the 1.8-litre models anymore.
All the new Honda Civic FE will be powered by the 1.5-litre, turbocharged 4-cylinder engine producing 178 HP and 240 Nm. The FE-generation will also be 33mm longer wheelbase compared to its previous generation. However dimension wise, the new Honda Civic will appear larger very similar to the current Honda Accord.
Standard equipment for the Thailand-market FE Honda Civic include:

There is a new addition to the already-excellent Honda Sensing suite, called Lead Car Departure Notification (LCDN). Basically, the system alerts the driver when the car in front has moved ahead.
The millimeter-wave radar detects when the car in front starts from standstill traffic, and notifies the driver with audio and visual alerts if the accelerator pedal is not depressed.
The Thai-spec Civic FE will come in six-exterior colour options.

Honda Japan launches the 11th generation Honda Civic in June 2021 unveiling the hatchback model, powered by the same 1.5-litre turbocharge engine and will come with both CVT and 6-speed manual transmission. Malaysia is expect to launch The Honda Civic FE-generation soon.
